Maya-I will tell you…but first I want to know if he thinks of me in the same way..
Raghu- hey hey..who is it?..atleast give me some hints…is he from our university?
Maya- yess
Raghu- hmm…what program?
Maya- Manufacturing engineering
Raghu- ohhhh..okk..and I know you only like Indian guys..so that comes to around 12 guys in our class
Maya- hehe…
Raghu- TELL, I am going crazy here..
Maya- ok, big hint he is a Scorpio.
Raghu(thinking to himself)- holy….is that me…she likes me??..i cant believe it…
Maya- oye, where you lost..
Raghu- so... how old is he?…5 days older than you..

Raghu- I meant ..huhh..err…5 days, 1 yr ..2 yr older than you..
Maya- I don’t know
Raghu – hmm…ok
Maya(thinking to herself)- wait wait…why did he say 5 days….my birthday is on November 4th and Raghu’s on October 29th ….Pradeeps on November 11th but he is one year older than me…soooo the only person who is 5 days older to me is Raghu….OH GOD…did I hint him something wrong…
Raghu- Maya..actually I like someone too..
Maya- errr…who?
Raghu- she is in Biological science..
Maya(thinking to herself)- aiyo…whats this new confusion
Raghu- And I know her from 1st year.
Maya- hmm…Indian??
Raghu- ofcourse!!!!
Maya- ok..so there are 4 indian girls in my class….Shalini…Shilpa…Warida and Navjeet..who is it?
Raghu(thinking to himself)- this girl man…she left her name..and she expects me to tell who it is…
Maya(thinking to herself)- I am the only person..he knows from first year…
Raghu- soo…did you figure it out..or you want me to say her name..
Maya- err..huh..Raghu..i have class now…I will call you tonite…
Raghu- sure yaar..no worries…so when are you going to tell who that guy is..
Maya- oh that..forget about it for now. catch you later…byee
Raghu- hmm..bye!!
After few minutes Pooja and Maya have a conversation
Pooja- hey, did you ask him?
Maya- don’t even start..it was all your idea..grrr, now everything is messed up
Pooja- hey..what happened??(eagerly)
Maya-I think Raghu likes me…he didn’t say directly..but its very obvious
Pooja- are you serious??…what did you tell him
Maya- I don’t know man…should I just leave it like that..
Pooja- what do u mean leave it…are you stupid…
Maya- I am serious…
Pooja- hmm..i heard from Sanjay that Pradeep likes someone too…
Maya- Really…ah man
Pooja- hmm..what you gonna do
Maya- I am not going to bring this topic again to raghu or pradeep…imagine how Raghu would feel if he came to know that all this while I was giving hints about Pradeep not him. And coming to Pradeep..i really don’t want to know who he likes….its better to be friends than putting our relationship in all these tangles.. Many people will walk in and out of your life but only true friends will leave footprints in your heart..

@neigh- yea..what you said was very true...at some point of there life they will get the feeling....but lets just say pradeep and maya get together...imagine how raghu would feel?...if maya and pradeep were raghu's true friends they wouldnt be able to see another friend sad...so on total all the 3 would be unhappy...idhu thevaya...??

the ending was a googly, but again, it will not be possible to put a full stop to the whole thing and remain friends at the same time. it will surface again at sometime....
and i dont really believe in frnds and understanding, and true frnd will understand type of logic....
there may be exceptions, but when you really like some-one, and she does not like you, it is kinda hard to keep the frndshp going!
